DUTCH INNOVATION DAYS

From 11 to 13 May, the Dutch Innovation Days took place in Enschede. The Sustainable Coffee Lounge is the new exhibition format that offers both a meeting point and an exhibition with sustainable, innovative exhibits. Enschede was the first stop of the travelling exhibition, which showed sustainable projects from established companies, start-ups and students.

On 11 May, Nils Bader gave an insight into the Green Cells program of the Green Future Club on the stage of the Grote Kerk and showed how ideas for sustainable products become concepts with a business model.

In the second part, he was joined on stage by Marije van Lidth de Jeude - co-founder of the A01 Foundation from Costa Rica and winner of the Green Product Award 2023 Architecture. Together they presented the joint architectural project of a European No Footprint House. In the first step, new and previous award participants will be approached to integrate their product solutions into the initially digital showcase. Afterwards, the No Footprint House will be built in Europe and opened to visitors.
